WHY THE ARKIE HEAD WORKS

The head is designed to keep the jig balanced and parallel for a natural presentation. It stands well on bottom, swims naturally in the water column and slips in and around cover without constantly wanting to roll onto its side.

PRO-MODEL UPGRADES

• Trailer keeper helps hold soft-plastic trailers securely.
• Slick-coated V-Lock hook is built for quick penetration and helps keep a hooked fish seated in the bend.
• Thinner Pro-style weed guard compresses more easily while still helping the jig work through cover.
• Matte and glitter head finishes expand the color system.
• 3/4 oz option adds a heavier choice for deep water and heavier cover.

HOW TO FISH IT

Use the same all-purpose Arkie approach: cast to rock and points, flip or pitch cover, skip docks, drag or hop bottom structure, or swim it when fish are feeding up.

COLOR STARTING POINT

Black & Blue or Black for stained water and low light. Green Pumpkin, Missouri Craw and Bluegill for natural craw and bluegill presentations.
